Owner Brent Cotton began his career as a carpenter and leader in the field of construction 27 years ago has led highly complex multi-million dollar projects that require close attention to detail and careful workforce management.
After spending years building large projects across Montana, Brent aspired to build a company that would allow himself and others to remain home with their families. Our family-based company aims to remain a small business that Helena area residents recognize, know, and trust.
Our favorite local service is building custom homes. Getting to know the wonderful families that have built with us, helping them realize their dreams, and building a long-term relationship is one of the most rewarding experiences of our careers.

We specialize in projects that require attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship. Our clients work directly with the owner, Brent, throughout the entire process. Other companies provide key personnel based upon the building stage, but we are directly accountable to you and provide a single contact for all your needs.
Our company selects few projects annually, thus clients do not receive broad and vague estimates and we provide reliable timelines.
We often build for clients who reside in another state during the process. Our communication plan includes direct texts, video chats, and calls from your build site. We don't build the cost of expensive apps into the cost of your home.
